Transferentzia bat egin behar dut Alemaniara. Komisiorik badago? — I need to make a transfer to Germany. Is there a commission?

Kutxazaina hondatuta dago; barruan atera dezakezu dirua. — The ATM is out of order; you can withdraw money inside.

Hondatuta dago = it’s broken / out of order. A useful word for ATMs, ticket machines, and umbrellas in Bilbao.

Package notification (the dreaded little slip)

«Zure paketea postetxean jaso dezakezu, astelehenetik ostiralera, 8:30etik 14:30era. NANa ekarri, mesedez.» — You can pick up your package at the post office, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Please bring your ID.

Yes: morning hours. Some things are the same in every language. 😄
